• Our Paper prints are printed on 185GSM Premium Matt Coated Inkjet Paper, using Archival HDR aqueous pigment inks (11 colour printing) providing an incredible colour range and clarity.
• All artworks are produced from large scale, very high-resolution files to ensure great quality images with no pixelation or image degradation.
• We use high quality frame moulding and materials for our Custom Frames builds when purchased with our Art Prints. All frames are shipped with 3mm thick Acrylic Glazing to avoid glass damage during transit.

• We Print and Build all Art and Frames to order. We Pack all orders by hand with a great deal of care to ensure your items arrive to you safely and undamaged.
• We use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers to ship our items depending on destination and size. All purchases will include a tracking number.
• We have Shopfront and Warehouse in Heidelberg West, Melbourne. Customers are welcome to collect online purchases from us directly. There is a pick-up option available during the checkout process.
• We offer wide range of sizes when it comes to our Art Prints, including standard A Sizes as well as some common frame sizes. We can also print to custom sizes if required.
• You may have an existing frame, or a specific space you want to fill, and we are here to help. Simply reach out to us HERE with any queries and we can provide customised quotes.

• If you are located in Melbourne, you are welcome to come and visit us at our Storefront in Heidelberg West. We have a full picture framing studio as well as a Storefront showcasing some of our Art Prints and Framing examples.
• If you would like to pick up your Online orders in person to save on shipping, simply select the Pick-up option at Checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready to collect.
